1. About this service
We are a moving company. We operate the trucks, employ the W–2 crew, and hold the operating authority ourselves: TN HHG (Tennessee household–goods) registration for intrastate moves and USDOT + MC operating authority for long–distance interstate work. We do not subcontract your move to a third–party broker chain.
When you submit a quote request, our estimator (Jenna) builds a written flat–rate quote and emails it back within one business hour. If you accept the quote, your move contract is directly between you and Amazing Movers.
2. Quotes are free
There is no fee to request a quote. We do not charge a booking fee, an admin fee, or a percentage on top of the move. You pay only the binding flat–rate stated on the written quote, at delivery.
3. Written flat–rate, binding at delivery
Our written quote is binding subject to the inventory and access conditions stated on the document. If the actual move changes materially (you add or remove a roomful of inventory, the building access differs from what we agreed, etc.), we will issue an amended written quote before move day. We do not rebill at delivery without prior written agreement.
4. Deposit + cancellation
A refundable hold (typically $100–$200) is required to lock your move date. Cancellation policy is printed on the written quote — typically 72–hour notice for a full refund of the deposit. Day–of cancellations may incur a partial fee that covers crew time already reserved.
5. Cargo coverage
Every move includes minimum $1M cargo liability coverage as required by federal regulation. Standard interstate cargo valuation is $0.60 per pound under federal default. Full Value Protection (declared–value coverage on the entire shipment) is available as a paid upgrade and is strongly recommended for fragile or high–value items. Claims are handled directly by our office, not through a third party.
6. Use of this site
You agree to provide accurate information on the quote request form (origin/destination ZIPs, target move date, inventory). Repeated or automated submission of false information is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason consistent with applicable federal and Tennessee law.
7. TCPA consent + opt–out
By submitting the quote form, you consent to be contacted by Amazing Movers at the phone number or email you provide, including by automated SMS where applicable. 8. No legal or financial advice

9. Limitation of liability
Amazing Movers’ liability for any move performed under a written quote is governed by the terms on the quote and by federal household–goods regulation (49 CFR § 375 et seq.) for interstate moves and applicable Tennessee household–goods regulation for intrastate moves. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the value of cargo coverage stated on the written quote.
10. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Effective date above will be updated when we do. Continued use of the site or submission of new quote requests after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
