Bradley County Movers Match (“we”, “us”) operates this website (ai.movsdev.xyz) as a free local mover matching service for Bradley County, TN and the surrounding region. This policy explains what information we collect, what we do with it, and what we do not do.
What we collect
- Information you give us: through the quote request form (from-ZIP, to-ZIP, rough move date, home size, name, phone, email), through email correspondence, or on a phone call.
- Information about your visit: standard server access logs (IP address, browser, referring page, pages visited, timestamp). We use these only for operational debugging and basic traffic analysis.
- Cookies: WordPress sets a small number of functional cookies (session, form persistence). We do not use third-party advertising cookies and do not run remarketing campaigns.
What we do with it
- Matching you with vetted moving carriers. The information you submit on the quote form is sent only to the 1-3 vetted local carriers on the shortlist we prepare for your specific job. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with carriers outside the shortlist.
- Communicating with you about your matched quotes via phone or email.
- Improving the matching service — aggregate, anonymized data only (e.g. tracking which routes are most-requested by month).
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information to third parties for marketing.
- We don’t share your information with carriers outside the shortlist we prepared for you.
- We don’t run remarketing or behavioral advertising on this site.
- We don’t track you across other websites.
The matched carrier’s separate privacy practices
Once you accept a matched carrier and book a move, your continuing relationship is with that carrier (the matched mover is the operating party for the move itself). The carrier has its own privacy practices for the information you give them directly. Ask them for their privacy policy if relevant.
Data retention
Quote requests are retained for up to 18 months for service operations and dispute resolution. Server access logs are retained for 90 days. Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the customer relationship plus 3 years.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete the information we have about you at any time by emailing [email protected]. We’ll confirm within 5 business days. If we’ve already forwarded your quote request to a matched carrier, you’ll need to ask that carrier separately to delete what they have.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially we’ll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
