We don’t filter the list — including the 3-star and 4-star reviews — because the point of running an honest matching service is being honest about how the matches actually went.
What the reviews don’t capture: the carriers we shortlisted and the customer didn’t pick, the dates we recommended pushing because the original date was a bad-pricing day, and the requests we declined to forward because they didn’t fit any current matched-carrier shortlist. The matching service is in the middle of those decisions too.
