This website (ai.movsdev.xyz) is operated by Bradley County Movers Match, a Cleveland TN-based mover matching service. By using this site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.
1. What this service is
We are a matching service. We connect Bradley County and East Tennessee households with vetted local moving carriers we’ve personally checked. We are not a moving company. We do not operate trucks. We do not employ moving crews. We do not hold a USDOT number, MC number, or TN Department of Commerce & Insurance HHG registration — the matched carriers do.
When you submit a quote request, we forward it to a shortlist of 1-3 vetted carriers. The carriers send you written flat-rate quotes. If you accept a carrier, your move contract is between you and that carrier directly. We are not a party to your move.
2. The matching service is free
We charge you nothing for the matching service. There is no matching fee, referral fee, percentage of the move cost, or admin fee billed to you. You pay only the carrier you select, for the actual move, at the rate they quote you in writing.
3. No guarantee of the matched carrier’s performance
We vet the carriers we add to the shortlist (current license, current insurance, complaint trail review), but we cannot and do not guarantee the carrier’s performance on your specific move. The carrier is the operating party for the move. Service quality, liability for cargo, claims processes, and contract performance are between you and the matched carrier under their bill of lading and applicable federal/state regulations.
4. The cargo coverage on your move comes from the matched carrier
Standard cargo coverage on intrastate Tennessee moves and on interstate moves comes through the matched carrier’s insurance (the federal default is Released Value Protection at $0.60 per pound per article on interstate moves; intrastate is governed by Tennessee state regulation). Full Value Protection is available as a paid upgrade from the matched carrier. Disputes about cargo claims are between you and the carrier under their BOL.
5. Your information
How we collect, use, and protect the information you give us is covered in the Privacy Policy. By using this site you agree to that policy.
6. Accuracy of information
We make good-faith efforts to keep the information on this site accurate (services, areas served, cost bands, route facts). However, the moving industry’s pricing, regulations, and carrier landscape change. We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of website content that may have become outdated. For current quotes, submit a request through the quote form or call us.
7. No legal or professional advice
Information on this site (about pricing, valuation, federal moving rules, etc.) is provided for general informational purposes and is not legal, financial, or professional advice. For specific situations consult a qualified professional.
8. Third-party links

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bradley County Movers Match is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from the matched carrier’s performance of your move. Our total liability for any claim relating to the matching service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the matching service, which is zero.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bradley County, Tennessee.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the updated version is posted here with a new effective date.
